In the city of Bengaluru, Mukunda and Co is brought to life by founder, CA Mukunda in the year 2005. It started small but with a grand vision.
Mukunda and Co is transformed to Mukunda Shiva and Associates in partnership with CA Shiva Prakash H S. Grand visions require similar minds and a larger set of capable hands.
In just five years, we do have a successful record of serving over a thousand clients, from various countries, backgrounds and requirements. Truly, an astounding achievement for us.
With the addition of CA Anupama B and CA Shubha Shankar, our firm grows drastically. This year in particular, we open our first branch outside of Bengaluru at - RAIPUR. We also start performing audits for the government sector.
At the 10th Anniversary of the firm, with our latest partner CA Abhishek Gupta and 50 employees we are able to successfully serve 10,000 cases - A tenfold increment from our previous 5 year milestone!
In line with the vision at the time of founding, Mukunda Shiva and Associates grows at an astounding rate. Today we have newer branches in Indore, Bhopal, Ranchi and Bilaspur and over 100 employees working hand in hand to serve thousands of clients regularly

CA Abhishek Gupta is our on-site partner at our Raipur branch, who heads this branch independently and handles all audits concerning Government entities, public sector undertaking etc., having very vast experience in handling all type of Government assignments.
CA Devendra Nayak comes with over 40 years of practice in leading Audit, International taxation, and Audit of publicly listed companies & MNCs. His stronghold on transaction advisory services and FEMA has helped several organizations. He has been a financial advisor and a thought leader of repute.
